Trump, the riddle.

A president who lies as easily as he breathes, separates children from their parents, scuttles the agreement that keeps Iran from the bomb, ignores climate change, that is a horrible man.
And yet …….

he addresses the issue of China’s nastiness.
The Chinese Communist party dictatorship is erasing opposition just like Hitler did in the thirties. One difference is, they do not target Jews. Apart from that, they are just as horrible. Another difference is, they are more clever than were the Germans in pretending they are nice and good willing.
The Chinese enrichment, that is, money they accumulate with their huge export surplus, gives them overwhelming economic world power. This combination of evil dictatorship and huge power is the major challenge facing our society right now. It is not North Korea, not Iran, nor Russian military revanchism. It is China.

Trump addresses the issue in a primitive way, with a trade war, but at least he names the issue and addresses it head on.
